We are seeking dependable and hardworking Packers to join our team in Burlington, WI. This temporary position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in ensuring products are packaged accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Package products according to company standards and customer requirements.
Inspect products for quality before packaging.
Label, sort, and prepare products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and work instructions.
Assist with general production duties as needed.
Meet daily production and quality goals.

Qualifications

Previous packing, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. as needed.
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
