About the Role:
Join the vibrant team at Four Seasons Preschool of Mt. Auburn as an Infant/Toddler Teacher, where you will create a nurturing environment for our youngest learners. We are dedicated to fostering curiosity and growth in a safe and engaging setting.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and social development.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers.
• Observe and assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging exploration and creativity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• EEC Certification for Infant/Toddler
• Prior experience working with toddlers in a preschool setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check
