Assistant Controller

Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role serves as their key business partner and oversees a team of 2–5 direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; aerospace, automotive, or similar industries are ideal.
• Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting.
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and executive presentation decks.
• Present financial results and business insights to executive leadership.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage and develop a small finance team.
