Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health / Visit Nurse - PRN

This is an exciting position that offers the opportunity to provide direct care upon the patient’s return home. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of home health experience, be well-organized and possess strong clinical skills.  Knowledge of OASIS documentation and home health regulations, related to patient care, is also preferred.
  
We are seeking individuals with the following principal qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing (minimum), RN preferred
• Valid RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Minimum 1 year home health nursing experience is preferred
• Valid driver's license and one year clean driving record
• Excellent documentation & communication skills
• Strong clinical skills
• Successful clearance of a background check
