Commercial Cleaning Role for Professionals Who Take Pride in Their Work


We are not a revolving-door cleaning company. 
We value reliability, recognize strong performance quickly, and work hard to build a solid team culture. 
We maintain long-term contracts with apartment communities across the St. Louis metro area, providing steady year-round work. 

Pay: Starts at $18/hour + performance-based raises twice per year Reliable
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Location: Multiple properties across the St. Louis metro area 

Start at $18/hour with a clear path to earn more. Strong performers receive a $1/hour raise at 90 days, with additional performance-based raises 2x per year after that. 

Raises are based on your reliability, quality of work, and contribution—not tenure. If you show up consistently, work hard, and take pride in what you do, your pay will reflect it. 

What You’ll Do 

• Clean common areas in apartment communities (hallways, offices, laundry rooms)
• Deep clean vacant apartments for new residents (turn cleans)
• Follow clear cleaning checklists and company standards 
• Work independently and as part of a small team

Requirements 

• Valid driver’s license 
• Personal vehicle with current license plates and insurance 
• Comfortable working across multiple job sites in the metro area 
• Ability to pass background screening
