A Greenville Plaintiff's law firm seeks a qualified personal injury paralegal / legal assistant to join their thriving practice.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•2+ years with personal injury case management experience.

•Workers' compensation and medical negligence experience is a plus.

•Litigation experience a plus.

•Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook Calendar.

•Proficient with legal case management software.

•Ability to work with minimal direct supervision; Proactive with case load.

•Quick learner with ability to hit the ground running.

•Professional, motivated, organized.

•Solid work history.

•Experience requesting records, reports, & bills.

•Draft legal correspondence, demand packages and set up injury claims.
