Workers' Compensation Litigation Paralegal

An established Charleston area litigation law firm seeks a Workers Compensation paralegal to support a high profile Partner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST have 3+ years Worker's Compensation experience (insurance defense preferred).
• Associates in Paralegal and/or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in billing & tracking time.
• MUST have excellent communication & prioritizing skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Legal software experience.
• Able to manage a large caseload in a fast paced environment and be pro-active with caseload.
• Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Solid Work History
