Major Corporation seeking specialist with prior background in Latin American taxation. Some duties include:
--Develop and implement tax planning strategies
--Assist with International Re-orgs, M&A and Repatriation planning
--Maintaining current awareness of emerging country specific legislation 
--Manage Intercompany transfer-pricing (section 482)
--Several other duties (to be furnished upon request)
