Greetings! We are actively looking for a science teacher to join our team here in the Bay Ridge Brooklyn location. Advanced math skills are a bonus, but we're exclusively looking for advanced science based teachers at the moment. The subjects specifically: Biology, Living Environment, Earth Science, Chemistry, and Physics. You'd need to be able to explain the ins and outs of beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels of each subject you are skilled in. Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Science Tutor to join our team! As a Tutor, you will assist students individually and in small groups, helping them understand educational concepts, complete assignments, and prepare for tests. Your goal is to help students to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is reliable, understanding, and has a passion for education! 

Responsibilities: 

• Help students understand new concepts 
• Assist students in preparing for tests and completing assignments
• Teach problem-solving skills

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a Tutor is preferred
• 4 year college degree is MANDATORY. No exceptions!
• Patient, understanding, and reliable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•  Ability to pass a background check
