Sharp Contracting, a trusted hardscape and concrete company since 1989, is hiring an experienced Account Manager / Business Development professional to manage existing client relationships and drive new business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow existing residential & commercial accounts
  
  
• Build new long-term client relationships
  
  
• Meet with clients, conduct site walks, and close profitable work
  
  
• Focus on repeat business, referrals, and relationship-based sales
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, hardscape, concrete, or related trades
  
  
• Background in account management or construction sales
  
  
• Professional, self-motivated, strong communicator
  
  
• Comfortable with residential and commercial clients
