Temporary Finance Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)
We are seeking a Bilingual Finance Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys assisting the public in a fast-paced environment.
Assignment Duration:
- Temporary (Approximately 2 months)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate:
- $24.46 per hour
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
- Assist customers with questions related to Business Tax Receipts and other basic City services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Provide bilingual customer support in English and Spanish.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records.
- Research customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
