What You'll Be Doing

Lead and develop Production Supervisors while driving daily production performance.
Monitor production results and work with leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
Oversee employee performance, staffing, training, and day-to-day manufacturing operations.

What We're Looking For

7-10+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading supervisors or other manufacturing leaders.
Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus, especially with Lean or Toyota Production System environments.
