What You'll Do

• Prepare metal parts and fabricated components using abrasive blasting equipment
• Remove rust, scale, paint, and other surface contaminants
• Ensure surfaces are properly prepared for painting, coating, or fabrication
• Inspect parts to verify quality and proper surface finish
• Operate blasting equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous sandblasting, surface preparation, or manufacturing experience
• Experience operating abrasive blasting equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
