About the Role:
Veritas Environmental Services LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations in the Winston-Salem area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire a team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial and custodial staff activities across assigned facilities
• Working Supervisor role
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
• Train, mentor, and evaluate janitorial team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, submitting orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Communicate with clients and facility managers to address concerns and maintain strong relationships
• Prepare schedules and assign duties to cleaning staff to maximize efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the Winston-Salem area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and client interaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
