Invoicing Clerk

Salary: $19.28-$21.21 starting rate based on experience and skill level

Scott Electric has a current opening at our Greensburg, PA, location for a Full-Time Invoicing Clerk M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, cash, credit cards, and packing slips for various branches
• Apply cash and credit card payments accurately across branches
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments such as customer service, warehouse, sales, and transportation to ensure accurate billing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with strong motivation and initiative

Preferred:

• Minimum of 1 year of computer skills/data entry experience

Must submit a background check and drug testing
