Job Opportunity: Loss Prevention Associate
Epic HR is hiring Loss Prevention Associates in Lacey, WA!
Job Summary: Loss Prevention Associates help keep the store safe, prevent theft, and provide good customer service.
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Pay: $18/HR - WEEKLY PAY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Watch for and report suspicious behavior.
- Check the distribution center to ensure security.
- Monitor security cameras, if applicable.
- Follow company safety rules.
- Perform store audits and safety inspections.
- Manage access for employees and visitors.
- Participate in safety programs.
- Complete tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Handle difficult situations calmly.
- Accurately understand and judge situations.
- Maintain and enforce fair standards.
- Keep records and documents.
- Operate necessary equipment.
- Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Have good communication and organization skills.
