About this job
Job Description
Location: Dublin, Virginia
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 (based on proven work history)
Morning starts on the plant floor. You greet production managers, glance at last night’s quality metrics, and prep for a customer warranty review. As the on-site voice of our automotive supplier clients, you translate concerns into action—aligning Customer engineering, Customer quality, and our Client teams so everyone sees the same data and moves in the same direction.
By mid-morning, you’re in a vehicle launch meeting, clarifying measurement plans and agreeing on interim containment. After lunch, you host a brief at-the-line stand-up, review micrometer readings, and document findings for root-cause analysis. You wrap the day summarizing corrective actions for the Client and presenting countermeasures back to the Customer.
What you will own- Be the on-site quality representative for our Automotive Supplier Clients at the Customer’s facility.
- Participate in Customer quality and warranty meetings; support Customer engineering and vehicle launch discussions.
- Drive fact-based problem solving: collect data, perform measurement analysis, identify root causes, and confirm containment.

- Communicate Client actions and countermeasures to Customer stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Engage daily with production teams and managers on the floor, always following plant safety guidelines.
