Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am a work from home Mom who is looking for some help during the week so I can focus in on my work related tasks with minor interruptions. We are looking for the right person to enrich our daughter by providing structure, story time, interactive playtime, safe food exploration and walks around the neighborhood. Hours 15-20 hours per week, spanning 3 days per week. Would love to set recurring hours and days, but there is some flexibility should you need it. Opportunity for additional hours by taking our older child to soccer practice once or twice per week, though this is not a deal breaker in caring for our youngest. Duration would love a commitment of at least 6months - 1year.
