Industrial Maintenance Technician

President Container Group is one of North America's largest independent corrugated packaging manufacturers. Operating from our 500,000+ square foot, state-of-the-art production facility in Middletown, NY, we manufacture over 2.3 billion square feet of corrugated packaging annually.

We're looking for experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

If you have strong mechanical skills, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts, pumps, and automated equipment
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Install, align, and replace machinery components
• Respond quickly to production equipment breakdowns
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with:
• • Mechanical systems
  • Hydraulics
  • Pneumatics
  • Electrical systems
  • Motors and conveyors
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
