Sales Order Support Specialist

Our growing team is looking to hire a skilled Sales Order Support Specialist!

This position is with a global-leading semi conductor manufacturing company, this is a great step into the semiconductor industry!

Responsibilities:

• Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders.
• Tracks sales shipment, delivery, billing, and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when needed.
• Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.
• Provides technical assistance to customers and sales personnel by telephone.
• Creates and provides paper quotations to customers.
• Provides sales orders and proper documentation and order entry.
• Creates presentation material from data collected through customer interaction.

Qualifications:

• AA or BA degree in Business or equivalent experience
• Preferred: Four (4) or more years sales/marketing experience, preferably in the semiconductor or related industry.
• Preferred: 1-3 Years of Experience of managing or supervising personnel.
• Strong Customer Relations skills via telephone
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Illustrator.
