Lead Dispatcher

Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking a Lead Dispatcher for the North Texas area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate vehicle dispatching activities to optimize fleet utilization.
• Manage multi-line phone systems and internal communication channels to facilitate real-time updates.
• Ensure adherence to transportation management policies.
• Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, vehicle status, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dispatching.
• Must be bilingual (spanish).
• Must have a driver's license.
• Must be able to work weekends as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for phone call management, customer service, and internal collaboration.
• Ability to analyze data using analytical skills to improve dispatching processes.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and clarity.
