Account Field Representative

Encore is seeking a motivated Account Field Representative with experience in endoscopy and customer-facing sales to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for hospitals, surgery centers, and clinical staff. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of surgical/endoscopy instrumentation and a proven ability to drive customer engagement in a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in assigned territory.
• Promote Encore Medical Device Repair’s services, including surgical and endoscopy equipment repair and reprocessing solutions.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient outcomes.
• Conduct on-site visits, in-servicing, and educational support for clinical and sterile processing staff.
• Partner with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, territory growth goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Represent Encore Medical Device Repair at industry events, conferences, and customer training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of medical device sales or endoscopy sales/clinical experience required.
• Proven track record in account management and customer-facing sales.
• Strong understanding of endoscopy, surgical instrumentation, or sterile processing operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage territory independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
