Arborist Foreman / Lead Climber / Machine Operator
We’re hiring a true lead climber—someone who can run a crew, make decisions, and keep jobs moving.
If you need constant direction or can’t manage a crew, this isn’t the role.
What This Role Is
You’re not just climbing—you’re running the job.
- Lead tree removals and pruning operations
- Set rigging plans and control the job flow
- Manage 2–4 man crew
- Keep jobs efficient, safe, and clean
- Communicate with clients when needed
What You Need
- Strong climbing ability (removals + technical rigging)
- Proven experience running jobs start → finish
- Knows how to move a crew without babysitting
- Can make decisions under pressure
- Valid driver’s license (CDL = higher pay)
- ISA Certification (If not, must be willing to obtain)
Bonus:
- Experience with Cranes
- Cabling Knowhow
- Log Loader Experience
