Booking Coordinator / Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do

* Schedule appointments and manage customer bookings

* Dispatch appointments and coordinate with our sales team

* Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and care

* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey

* Assist with administrative and office tasks

* Help keep daily operations organized and running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

* Customer service experience

* Dispatching and scheduling experience

* Administrative/office experience

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
