Groundskeeper

We are seeking a Groundskeeper for a multifamily housing project.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform all grounds keeping duties including lawn upkeep, parking facilities, the property in general.

• Checks and replaces exterior lighting on a regular basis.

• Perform pressure washing and light painting.

• Maintains awareness of proper safety precautions at all times.

• Consistently observes the condition of the community throughout the property and immediately reports and/or initiates action to correct unsafe conditions.

• Ensures that garbage areas are clean and kept up throughout the shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation & Driver’s License .

• Pass a background check

$19-20/hour
