Manufacturing Supervisor

Our client is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their growing nonferrous alloys foundry team. This is a hands-on leadership role working across production, fabrication, and shipping operations.
They are a small but rapidly expanding company, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience to grow into a management position. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing and maintenance, takes initiative, and is motivated to improve processes, team performance and reinforce safe operations.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in daily production success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily manufacturing operations
• Work alongside team members in production, fabrication, and shipping
• Help improve processes, efficiency, and workflow
• Ensure safety standards and quality expectations are met
• Communicate daily updates and production feedback to management
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and team support as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 3+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Foundry experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, heavy manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Work Environment

• Foundry / heavy manufacturing setting
• Requires use of PPE (respirators, protective clothing, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves)
• High-activity environment with tight deadlines

Salary: $50k-$55k plus bonus potential and benefits
