Retail Sales Account Manager

Overview:

• Training starts at $40K
• Top earners make over 100K (average is 60K)
• This is no-pressure sales (our customers are excited to buy appliances they need ASAP!)

Schedule:

• No late nights! (our store close at 7PM, 6PM on Sundays)
• Two consecutive days off in a row!
• Weekends are required

Key Responsibilities:

• We take turns helping walk-in traffic (no cold calling!)
• This is largely project management: manage the delivery and installation scheduling for your clients’ needs, communicate backorder updates, and help customers solve their appliance needs
• Manage repeat customers needing products for rental and other property investments
• Continue to train and develop product knowledge
• Execute marketing programs and other company initiatives
