The Tommy’s Express Viera location is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team and bring an exciting new car wash experience to the Viera community. We provide an entry-level opportunity to learn and carry out our daily procedures, as well as provide opportunities for career advancement. The responsibilities of Tommy’s Express Team Members are divided into three positions: Flight Deck Controller (cashier/POS operations), Wash Technician (in bay/tunnel maintenance), and Vacuum Concierge (manages guest experience in the vacuum area). Team Members will learn and work all of these roles but there is opportunity for you to specialize in any one of these roles. We encourage you to find what you excel at and enjoy the most!

Duties include:

● Maintain situational awareness, keeping your eye on the pulse of the wash.
● Promote/Sell monthly wash club memberships to our guests
● Operate cashier/POS system and serve guests at window
● Maintain cleanliness in all areas of wash and vacuum areas
● Perform daily maintenance procedures
● Perform hourly walkthroughs to help maintain a consistent and high-quality wash for our guests
● Assist guest with entry into the wash
