Tool & Die Maker 1st Shift

Department Tooling

Location Kinston, NC

Reports To Tooling Supervisor

Position Summary

Responsible for building, repairing, maintaining, and optimizing tooling to

support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on dies
• Troubleshoot tooling issues
• Build and modify tooling and fixtures
• Conduct preventative maintenance
• Ensure quality and tolerances
• Support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Tool & Die apprenticeship/schooling or 5+ years of tool and die experience
• Blueprint reading and measuring tools
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
