Job DescriptionCompany Description
Seeking experienced CNC Lathe Machinists who can independently set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes in a small, fast‐paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable holding tight tolerances, performing their own inspections, and making program offsets. Full program creation is preferred but not required.
Must‐Have Skills (Non‐negotiable)
- CNC lathe setup & operation (minimum 2 years)
- Strong blueprint reading & interpretation
- Precision measuring instruments: micrometers, calipers, gauges
- Ability to hold tight tolerances
- Self‐inspection & quality checks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice‐to‐Have Skills
- CNC programming experience (G & M codes; Mitsubishi controls preferred)
- Experience with live tooling or multi‐axis machines
- Tooling selection, process optimization, continuous improvement mindset
