MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. As the Operational Program Director, you'll oversee the daily operations of the center while ensuring exceptional medical, social, nutritional, and recreational services. What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of the Adult Day Health program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services
  • Lead, coach, and support program staff through hiring, training, performance management, and professional development
  • Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with participants, families, healthcare providers, and community partners to support coordinated care and positive outcomes
  • Build community relationships and outreach initiatives to increase program awareness, strengthen partnerships, and support program growth
  • Manage program operations, including admissions, transportation coordination, quality improvement efforts, and overall participant experience

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services (preferred not required)
  • Administration, Healthcare, Social Work, or a related field required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with adults with disabilities or older adults
  • Three (3) years of leadership or management experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for Adult Day Health programs preferred
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current vehicle registration, and auto insurance required
