Conference Services Manager - Now Hiring

We are hiring a Conference Services Manager to join a luxury hospitality team in Hawaii. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing group events and conferences, serving as the main liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences.

Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, preparing Banquet Event Orders, coordinating room blocks and group arrivals, leading planning meetings, overseeing on-site execution, and maximizing revenue through upselling and creative proposals. You will collaborate across departments, manage client relationships, and resolve challenges in real time to ensure successful events.

Conference Services Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CMP certification a plus
• 2–3 years of conference services, catering, or hotel experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and basic A/V knowledge is a plus
• Must have experience working in a Forbes or AAA rated property of at least 4 Stars or 4 Diamonds
