Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One to three years of manufacturing or construction experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Basic math and reading-comprehension skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Ability to use hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools
• Strong attention to quality and safety

Job Duties

• Clean components using solvents and hand tools
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Follow engineering and customer specifications
• Repair minor voids and product defects
• Operate hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials
• Use lifting equipment when available
• Complete electronic records and production checklists
• Process blueprints, barcodes, stamps, and shipping materials
• Follow all quality, safety, and conduct requirements
