Pay Rate: $23.10 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, complete, and maintain warehouse documentation
- Basic computer skills required
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience required
- Previous experience loading and unloading trailers
- Experience using RF scanners, Oracle, or similar warehouse management systems preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and transport materials
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders according to shipping paperwork
- Use scanners and computer systems to track inventory and product movement
- Verify shipments for accuracy and report any product damage
- Perform inventory counts and assist with physical inventories
- Complete forklift inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Support production by supplying packaging materials and raw materials as needed
- Maintain FIFO inventory practices
- Conduct quality checks to ensure standards are met
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with GMP standards
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and supporting maintenance activities
- Provide coverage for team members during breaks and absences
