Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift or pallet-jack experience is a plus
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
• Basic computer and inventory-system skills
• Ability to use RF scanners and shipping software
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Check products for damage and discrepancies
• Load and unload trucks
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation
• Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
• Update inventory using scanners and warehouse systems
• Organize products and storage areas
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams
• Meet daily shipping deadlines
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse duties
