As a County Casework Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:
- Staff Oversight: Supervise program staff, manage schedules, review performance, and monitor case quality
- Program Management: Direct Resource Family and IL program operations including training, compliance, and reporting
- Community Representation: Represent programs at agency meetings and community events
- Youth Support: Ensure required Independent Living services are delivered and collaborate with partners
- Caseload Assistance: Carry cases as needed and participate in supervisory on-call rotation
- Operational Duties: Complete documents, attend required meetings, and perform related tasks as assigned
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- On-call 24/7 on rotating basis. Irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional experience in public or private social work and a bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
