Summary/Objective

TheAssistantForemansupportstheForemanandfieldleadershipteambycoordinating daily jobsite activities,assistingwith crew direction,maintainingsafety standards, and ensuringqualityexecutionofcommercialdrywallwork.Thispositionplaysakeyrolein productivity, organization, and communication across the project team and serves as a developmental role toward becoming a Foreman.

PrimaryJobResponsibilities

• AssisttheForemaninassigningdailytasksandcoordinatingcrewactivities.
• Provideguidanceandsupporttofieldemployees,promotingteamworkandproductivity.
• ServeasapointofcontactwhentheForemanisunavailable.
• EncourageapositiveandprofessionalworkenvironmentalignedwithNDC'svalues.
• Supportlayout,framing,backing,hanging,finishing,andrelateddrywalltasks.
• Interpretplans,specifications,andprojectdetailsaccurately.
• Ensurematerialsareproperlystaged,tracked,andutilizedefficiently.
• Assistinverifyingdimensions,tolerances,andinstallationrequirements.
