Certain hygienic standards must be adhered to in one bedroom and the bathroom where home kidney dialysis is done. Owner will provide direction for these spaces. One indoor cat in house. House is a bit messy, but clean. Owner is retired and will be present. Would like to meet so both parties can meet and ask questions.
