Accounts Payable Expense Clerk - Now Hiring

We are searching for team members to join our Distribution Accounting Team. Qualified individuals must have very good math skills, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. This is a full-time position and located within the Distribution department at Hobby Lobby's corporate offices in Oklahoma City.

• Pay Rate: $20.15 Per Hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm (Overtime required as needed)

Function:

• Previous accounting/office experience
• Must understand how to work complicated numbers
• Ability to work with vendors/buyers and work with their invoices for payment
• This position requires skill, accuracy, and a desire to work these proficiently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Answer phone calls, organize files, and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Previous accounting/office experience
• Strong in Microsoft Office Organization
• Aptitude for working with numbers and strong analytical skills
• (10) Key preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use calculators and maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity
• Able to work well individually and within a team
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must Pass drug test
• Must Pass background check
