Job Description
Pay: $23–$25/hr
🔧 About the RoleJoin a fast‑growing company as a Material Handler, where you’ll support warehouse operations across multiple departments and enjoy a role with variety, movement, and hands‑on work. You’ll pick, pack, scan, build pallets, operate warehouse equipment, and help keep materials flowing smoothly. Forklift operation is part of the job, but you’ll also handle a wide range of material‑handling tasks that keep the warehouse running efficiently.
🔧 What You’ll Do- Pick & Pack items using a pick sheet
- RF Scanning for inventory accuracy
- Build pallets and break down boxes
- Operate pallet jacks throughout the warehouse
- Drive reach trucks, stand‑ups, sit‑downs, and tuggers
- Load and unload trucks using lifts or manual pallet jacks
- Warehouse experience in picking, packing, production, or distribution
- Strong material handling and shipping/receiving experience
- General production skills and comfort in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexibility to work across multiple departments
- 1+ year of forklift experience (preferred)
- Ability to cross‑train with production teams
- Basic computer skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
