  • Build and prepare tools and fixtures for upcoming machining operations to support efficient setups and minimize changeover time.
  • Stage upcoming jobs for Machining and Forming so that parts, routers, hardware, and materials are ready before they are needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all FOD (Foreign Object Debris), PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and 5S standards.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and collaborate with supervisors to identify workflow obstacles and implement practical solutions.
  • Support production activities in a sheet metal and aerospace environment, including working with titanium and other metals as needed.
  • Provide general production support within a manufacturing environment, ensuring that tools, materials, and equipment are controlled and available.

  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, routers, and production schedules.
  • Effective verbal communication skills for coordination between departments and across shifts.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, fixtures, and shop equipment.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency and accountability for maintaining production readiness.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, with a caring and concerned attitude toward safe work practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in an aerospace production environment, including handling titanium and other metals.
  • Capability to operate basic shop machinery under supervision, such as mills, drills, and deburr stations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience supporting machining, forming, and finishing operations in an aerospace or precision manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with deburr processes for aerospace or sheet metal components.
  • Comfort working with production whiteboards and visual management tools to track job status.
  • Experience participating in daily production or stand-up meetings to discuss priorities and constraints.
  • Exposure to 5S or similar workplace organization and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Quality, Machining, Forming, Finish, Shipping, and Cut departments to resolve issues quickly.
Why Work Here?
