• Demonstrated experience working one-on-one with students, especially those requiring strong behavior management
• Ability to maintain an authoritative, structured environment while building trust and encouraging growth
• Excellent communication skills and a supportive approach to collaboration with educational staff

What to Expect:

• Work directly with a fourth-grade female student, implementing consistent strategies to set boundaries and promote autonomy
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other team members to adapt interventions and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate records and participate in regular team meetings to review goals and strategies
• Choose between a part-time schedule (Monday through Wednesday) or a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, with travel between two sites)
• Support the transition and success of a student in need of extra care, all while growing your own expertise in behavior management
