Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CCC-SLP credential from ASHA
- Valid state licensure as required for practicing in schools
- Experience with IEP development and implementation preferred
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
- Deliver therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language concerns
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate findings with the educational team
- Provide in-services or consultations as needed to staff and families
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and support the overall learning environment
