Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active CCC-SLP credential from ASHA
• Valid state licensure as required for practicing in schools
• Experience with IEP development and implementation preferred
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
• Deliver therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language concerns
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate findings with the educational team
• Provide in-services or consultations as needed to staff and families
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and support the overall learning environment
