Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, staging, packaging, and loading customer orders while ensuring product quality and workplace safety. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, works well independently, and contributes positively to a team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately pick, stage, and load customer orders for shipment.
- Package products using appropriate padding, wrapping, bolting, and strapping techniques to ensure safe transportation.
- Inspect shipments to ensure products are in excellent condition before dispatch.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily warehouse operations and productivity goals.
- Report inventory supply needs, equipment issues, or operational concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management tools to track inventory and order fulfillment activities.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective English communication skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, or material handling roles.
- Experience operating pallet jacks and barcode scanners.
