Welder (MIG/Flux Core/Submerged ARC)

Salary: $52,080 - 83,200 DOE and overtime
Locations: McGregor, TX
Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday–Thursday) LOTS OF OT!!
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | Long-Term Employment

We are currently hiring experienced Welders for immediate openings in the McGregor and Waco, TX areas. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders looking for consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term employment.

Pay & Schedule:
  • Starting pay: Around $18-25/hr (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Overtime available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
  • Candidates must be prepared to work extended hours and up to 7 days per week as needed
Job Requirements:
  • Experience with Flux Core, MIG, and Submerged ARC welding
  • Must be able to pass a 6G welding test
  • Ability to read and interpret welding specifications/blueprints preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Must provide own steel toe shoes and welding hood
