Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Experience working in school settings with K-6 populations strongly desired
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver direct and indirect services, both individual and group, as outlined in IEPs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
• Offer education and strategies to staff and families to generalize communication skills beyond the therapy room
