Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or working with children in educational settings preferred

• Adaptability and desire to work collaboratively with staff, therapists, and teachers
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist students with daily classroom activities, assignments, and routines
• Support the lead teacher in implementing instructional and behavioral strategies tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide one-on-one or small group guidance to encourage participation and achievement
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive class environment promoting respectful interactions
