Babysitter Needed for my Children

No specific care. Just looking to help my wife have another resource to help her take care of our household less stress with our kids being just 3 & 1. One of us would essentially always be with the kids. We plan on homeschool so it would be great if someone wouldn't mind reading and doing basic learning activities. Wake up, breakfast, learn, play, nap, snack, learn, play, dinner, learn, play, sleep. Fall will bring a new structure but it will be essentially still based around that.
