Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're looking for a reliable, caring babysitter/nanny for our four children (ages 8, 6, 4, and 3). This is an as-needed position that includes occasional date nights, daytime care for our 3-year-old during the school year when we're away, help getting our older children on/off the bus, and occasional full-day care during the summer. We also have two dogs, so being comfortable around pets is important. We're hoping to find someone dependable who is interested in building a long-term relationship with our family.
