\n Weekend coverage required (at least every other weekend). No on-call.

Requirements:
\n- \n
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Lab Tech/Scientist experience (first-time travelers require at least 2 years) \n
- Travel experience required (or 2+ years for first-time travelers) \n
- ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification in MLT or MLS required \n
- Epic charting experience required \n
- Acute care/inpatient laboratory experience required \n
- Siemens Atellica experience preferred \n
- Experience in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, immunology/serology, urinalysis, and specimen processing \n
- BLS not required \n
Description:
\n The Medical Lab Technician/Medical Lab Scientist performs diagnostic laboratory testing in a 400+ bed acute care hospital serving patients of all ages. Responsibilities include specimen processing, chemistry, hematology, coagulation, immunology, urinalysis, quality control, and accurate reporting of results using Epic. The role requires weekend coverage at least every other weekend and offers no on-call responsibilities.
